Cancellation & Refund

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request cancellations or refunds for digital marketing services provided by our agency. By using our services, you agree to this policy.


2. Service Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation Request

  • Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing service by sending an email to our support team.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
  • Any work already completed, planned, or in progress cannot be reversed.

2.2 Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be canceled once initiated:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns
  • Ad campaign setups (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Website development, graphics, or content creation already in progress
  • Monthly retainers for ongoing digital marketing services

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund on Completed Work

We do not offer refunds for services that have already been:

  • Completed
  • Delivered
  • Approved by the client
  • Scheduled for delivery and resources allocated

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Technical issues resulting in service non-delivery (verified by our team)

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

Payments made for the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Paid advertising spend (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Third-party tools, subscriptions, plugins, or software fees
  • Customized services, strategy planning, or consulting sessions

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made by mistake or there is a billing issue, you must notify us within 3 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and respond within 5–7 business days.


5. Project Termination by Agency

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • The client violates terms of service
  • The client engages in fraudulent or unethical activities
  • There is non-cooperation or delay from the client for 30+ days

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
