Since we provide digital marketing services and digital products, no physical shipping is involved. All deliveries are made online through email, WhatsApp, or your client dashboard.
2. Service Delivery Timeline
Depending on the service purchased:
- SEO Services: Initial report delivered within 3–7 business days
- Google / Meta Ads Setup: Delivered within 24–72 hours
- Website / Landing Page Projects: First draft delivered within 5–10 business days
- Graphic / Content Work: Delivered within 1–4 business days

3. Digital Product Delivery
For digital items like templates, PDFs, tools, etc.:
- Delivery is instant via email after payment
- Download link is also shared on WhatsApp if needed
If the email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, contact us.
4. Communication Channel
All work and deliveries are provided through:
- Google Drive links
- Project management dashboard (if applicable)
We do not ship any physical products.
5. Delays
Delivery may take longer in cases of:
- Missing client inputs
- Incorrect contact details
- High-volume project queue
- Public holidays
We always inform clients of any expected delay.
